Well i i were to nominate a car to be worked on i would say a 1995 VW Golf CL Diesel 5 door

I have one that has not been on the road since i had an accident at work and i won't sell it I have had it since the 90's and want to keep it, but will not be able to drive it as a manual, so need an auto box and would like it changed to Bio Diesel too

SO if you want a project how about helping me get back on the road after almost 5 years! I have kept the car Mot'd and serviced in the hope of a cure !!

Well there you go the why and what car! LOL

I look forward to hearing from you LOL

3. Toyota Celica (1983-86) 2.8i Supra
4. Alfa Romeo 75 V6
5. Rover SD1 Vitesse

I'm a big fan of Wheeler Dealers and watch every show. The cars are magnificent, but I want to suggest that Wheeler Dealers could do some Yugo! It's a classic car from former Yugoslavia, very popular in America (it has been in several movies) and many people love this car.

Ford Ka - it'd be hilarious watching Ed trying to fit his hands into the miniscule spaces around the engine bay .... and as for having to drop the whole front end to replace the horn!!!!!

5 classic cars which I would like to see getting the usual magic treatment.

1.) Vauxhall Firenza Droopsnoot.

2.) Volvo P 1800 Coupe.

3.) Ford Cortina Lotus.

4.) Citroen 2CV.

5.) Fiat 131 Racing Abarth.

Alfasud, Renault Fuego Turbo(only cos i'm doing one, they would prob never find one anyway, go on mike I challenge you find one, lol),Fiat Strada Abarth, X1/9 or UNO TURBO, Triumph Stag, MK1 Ford Fiesta supersport or xr2, XR3i, more 80s stuff as 90s aren't really classics yet and are generally still plentyfull

1. Alfa Romeo 166 3.0 V6 six speed manual - weve got one and its a metal thing and all it cost was a monkey!

2. E39 540i these are just sublime, run rings round an e36 m3 with a v8 soundtrack

3. Audi A8 quattro, these are amazing with lots of little electrics for edd to fix etc.

4. Smart car, big value now and lots to potentially fix / go wrong so good case study

5. p38 range rover but fixing it would be a feature length drama

6. mr2 mk2 - underated car and very cheap, how about converting it to a f335 or buy a half completed one, this would be something special

7. Ford Scorpio Cosworth - these are actually quite good!

8. Convert a big luxo v8 rwd barge from auto to manual for a drift car special ie BMW 7 series?

9. Fiat Coupe 20V Turbo - these are a propper weapon!

10. Cadellac Seville STS - I loved mine even though it did 12.7 mpg!

11. X300 Jags, supercharged etc

I could think of loads as I do it for real everyday!

Can't see the current shows here in the US. Usually find them on the web. I would love to see them restore and old Datsun Z car. Either 240 260 or 280zx. Not sure if they sold those in the UK but I learned to drive manual on a 240Z BRE and would love to see one on Wheeler Dealer.

Hw about a Volvo 480

Only I think Edd would get a stomach ache only from the idea of all the electronic problems.
But they can be get cheap and a good one goes for quite a lot.

Or a nice T16 Toyota Celica.

Although there are more very nice cars mentioned, I agree with the Volvo 480. One of the few (nice) cars designed and build in Holland.
