I'm shocked alright that the Discovery channel is taking advantage of of the shock factor of these individuals lives and not owning up to the moral responsiblity of trying to help. Such as The case of Vicky from "My big foot" - According to her friends, I just read she has not gotten the operation you have promised her or nor has she been compensated. Did you get a paycheck last week?
