all the bikes are superb but I think the best one so far is the POW MIA bike the rear fender is some of the best plasma cutting yet

Yeah that will be good but Id like to see the Discovery bike build I like to see the paint going on as I used to do alot of design myself

American chopper what a fantastic show. It is just a shame that my enjoyment of the second series has been spoiled due to the poorly scheduled programme slots & poor advertising as to which days it is actually on. I have missed a couple of episodes already and series has only been running a few weeks. I remember the advert for the new series stating that it would be on monday at 8pm, what happened to telling us viewers that it was on tuesday at 6pm, thursday at 6pm and friday at 8pm. I quess the bright sparks at discovery channel must have forgot. It seems from reading the other posts that others had a similar problem working out which day to watch, a decision not made any easier from looking at the tv guide which has an episode of A.C. on every day. I would just like to finish my little moan by congratulating the probably highly paid tv exec who came up with the idea of showing A.C. on monday, thursday & friday and then repeating it on a tuesday. GENIUS, ABSOLUTE GENIUS....

the new eps are only on, on a moinday and friday at 8 then the rest is a repeat now, I have programed it into my sky box to a series link so i know when the new ones are on and when it is a repeat.

Paulie and Pops was on the David Letterman show early hours of wednesday and they was saying they there is about another 4 years of the show yet (dunno if they was joking or not), They was very funny and paulie was looking lush as EVER!

New to these forums, but I just had to say that American Chopper is one of the best shows I've seen in a long time, I've missed a few of the first season so I was really happy when they said they were coming out on DVD, until I found out what it was going to cost. Why have they split the season over 2 box sets, and charge 34.99 each, when in the states its available as a single box set, looks like its going to be an eBay sort of thing

I hope you all no that we are still watching the first series of this great series.
I have ask discovery and they say they do not have any plains to show the second series.
Also monday is the last one the discovery are showing.

If you check the usa discovery channel site you will find out that we have just come to the end of series 1.

Nice to see OCC on the final episode of Long Way Round last night on Sky One, very cool to see Ewan and Charlie riding into New York with Paul Snr and Paul Jnr.

Received my copy of season 1 of American Chopper from the states last week, finally seen the first 2 shows, the Jet Bike and the Cody Project, and even with delivery still worked out a lot cheaper

The long way round was on at 9 on Sky One, but I think they are about to show them all again on Channel 4, so you'll get a second chance if you missed it, there is also a picture of Ewan McGregor sat with Senior in the book that goes with the series. I got my DVD set from eBay, they are the official Discovery Channel region 1 set, and the folks I got them off are a DVD retailer in the states, they just have an eBay store as well, it worked out that I got the entire series, with airmail shipping from the US, cheaper than one of the Digipacks would be over here, the only thing I've noticed is that the voice over guy is different, I'll have to try watch a show on TV, then watch the DVD, see if there are any other differences.
