Nor can I. I bet the producers are clapping their hands with joy at all the interest this series is generating.

not ridiculous at all sweet. I'd love to know does this show affect Bill Nighy at all. I don't think I could keep the emotion out of my voice if I was doing the narration

well lets just hope that the last episode brings a bit of happiness, i need to put something happy on the telly now i need to try and stop thinking about it, im a die hard newcastle fan, we just got our arses kicked off Arsenal an all i can think about is the fu..ing meerkats, wow whats happend to me

I was thinking that when he was reading his final words about Mozart. I also wondered if he's ever been to the Kalahari to see them. I know all of us mere mortals would love to but if I was in his shoes I'd demand it as part-payment for narrating.

what i would like to know is if this program is so popular why dont the makers make the series longer, do you think it takes them a year to make a whole series?

they just film for the summer months. They delayed showing the season this year due to flowers death. They wanted to see how the whiskers would get on without her.

Just like to say, the next series should be fine. As new characters will come, the rains will come on time.
And I also hope no more meerkat deaths. Something like this was bound to happen, I felt it. |

gday,to everyone whos slill up.i just had a feelin tonite wld be another tear jerker.since carlos & flower died i put fotos of them up on my shelves,i also inc mozart,i only said to my buddie this arvo, that iv a sad sinking feeling that we were to loose mozart,i wish i was wrong. my heart is completely torn to pieces,i realy cant funtion,im besides myself with grief,we shld all do a meerkat memorial??may mozart,kinkajou & flower b in heaven,hapi & at peace?

Oh man. I can't believe this. We have not even gotten MM3 yet and already I'm reading about all these deaths. I've loved MM since I first saw it but after reading about what's happened to all the Whiskers after Flower's death, I am going to save myself the heartbreak and not watch MM3 at all when it gets here. Everytime something bad happens to any of these meerkats, I get totally torn apart, and now you guys write about all these deaths...
 No way I'm going to put myself through the pain of watching all my beloved meerkats dying. Thanks for all these info, I'm one of those who like knowing the spoilers before watching a show.  |

Hello, I'm new here
I don't know what to say about this last series apart from I've been in floods of tears every night just about. I knew Flower died but that made it no easier, but Carlos, Kinajou and terribly, last night Mozart who I so wanted to have a happy ending, I just couldn't bear it, gave me nightmares all last night. It's so so sad, I was bad enough when Shakespeare and Tosca were no more but to lose Flower and Mozart was just terrible, I'm sort of pleased I'm not the only one who feels so bad about this Apart from Zaphod and Mitch, do we have any original Whiskers left? |

to lose mozart what is going on this series? arent these guys as attached to these lovely wee ones as we are? we only see them just under half an hour a day 5 days a week, these guys filming etc are spending so much more time with them that we-surely they must be as sad?

i wonder if the film crew and university folk, read these letters, i would love some to make comments on their feelings, i dont think i could bare it, but it is the hard truth of life in the desert, its just that these little creatures, are so brave and adorable

I am proper gutted that Mozart has died, I wasnt expecting that at all. I balled my eyes out. Im finding it hard to not think about it. Everytime i think about her I cry. I thought that she would have a happy ending. If only Wilson didnt run off to fight. He was looking for her as well, ahhh im glad that its the last one tongiht, I dont think that i can take anymore of this misery on the manor. My husband thinks im an idiot for crying but if you dont watch it, you wont understand. Blub blub. |

What did you all think of the last MM???
 I had been dreading it all day. But i was pleasently suprised that no one died. Im not sure how I feel about it being over. Im glad it is coz I cant bear anymore death but Im going to miss watching it. Think im going to watch series 1, the good old days. Im looking forward to book coming out next week. That should be interesting. |
